YEIDA's most recent residential scheme, RPS-10/2026, is a good example of how allotment works.
- 973 residential plots in Sectors 15C, 18 and 24A, in sizes of 162 to 290 square metres.
- Land rate: ₹36,260 per square metre, with a 5% preferential location charge for park-facing, corner and green-belt plots.
- Registration amount: about ₹5.87 lakh to ₹10.51 lakh depending on plot size. An application fee of ₹600 and a booking amount of 10% of the plot value applied.
- Applications ran online from 6 April to 6 May 2026, with allotment by draw of lots expected by 18 June 2026.
- Reservations: 17.5% for farmers whose land was acquired, 5% for existing industrial units in the area, and 77.5% for the general public.

That scheme has closed. A second scheme was reported as proposed, with no firm date, so follow YEIDA's notices. Between schemes, plots are bought on the resale market, usually at a premium to the authority rate.
