Gurgaon guide

The growth corridors

Most new launches sit on a handful of corridors. Reports name the Dwarka Expressway, the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR, also called Golf Course Extension Road), Golf Course Road, and the Sohna Road and Sohna Elevated Corridor as the main ones.

  • Golf Course Road: the established premium address, with high prices and few plots left.
  • Southern Peripheral Road and Golf Course Extension Road: a luxury and ultra-luxury belt. A JLL figure quoted in trade press puts SPR at about 39% of ultra-luxury housing sales in the first half of 2025, though that comes from a secondary report.
  • Dwarka Expressway (sectors 99 to 115 and neighbours): newer, with large tower projects, and linked directly to Delhi's airport side.
  • Sohna and the south: more affordable, tied to the Sohna elevated corridor and the start of the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway.

The corridors differ a lot in how finished they are. Check what is built and occupied, not only what is promised.
